Instructor: Nancy Gill This course is for those who wish to seek the wise counsel of the Tarot to work through deep personal issues. The spreads that will be used are designed from a counselling perspective derived from the work of Jung, Virginia Satir and Suze Casey as well as the ancient Sufi tradition of the Enneagram. Participants should have a firm understanding of Tarot basics. The meanings of individual cards will not be covered in this class. All students should bring their own Tarot deck with them. The Rider-Waite Tarot is the preferred deck for this class. |

Instructor: Michael Case
China is the traditional home of tea and produces literally hundreds of varieties. In this course, students will be introduced to the major types of Chinese tea and sample some of the most famous varieties, such as Long Jing green, Tie Guan Yin oolong, Yin Zhen Bai Hao white, and more. The course focuses exclusively on authentic, single-origin Chinese teas (no flavourings added) and traditional Chinese scented teas such as jasmine and osmanthus. In each class, we'll prepare, sample and discuss four or five types of tea. We'll learn a lot, have fun and drink great tea. Tea and teaware will be supplied. Just come thirsty! Instructor Michael Case is a policy analyst for the provincial government, a writer, a certified teacher and a big fan of Chinese tea. He lived in China for more than three years and operates a hobby business importing authentic single-origin teas and traditional scented teas produced in China. |

Tapping into the ancient wisdom of the Tarot and accessing unconscious knowing can be used to assist one in finding closure with past challenges. It can help one to prepare for and be open to all that the future holds. The Tarot is a deck of 78 cards depicting universal, archetypal images. To get the most from this course, participants should bring their own deck, preferably the Rider-Waite Tarot Deck. |
