In a hands-on class learn how to prepare one of the most popular dishes - samosas. This class is great for anyone who is a lover of samosas and wants to learn how to cook a simple yet delicious appetizer. We are also going to make tamarind chutney and yogurt dip to go along with the samosas.

Lab fee of $20 payable to instructor. Bring containers to take home food you have prepared.

Delicious Indian Vegan meal preparation will be taught in this hands-on class by a seasoned cook. Dishes which are high in protein and fiber content are easy to prepare. We will prepare chickpeas, tomato condiment, and coconut basmati rice. We will use all-natural ingredients and prepare the Vegan Indian meal from scratch. You are encouraged to share with your friends and family so bring a container with you!
