In this hands-on class you will prepare a delicious Indian vegan meal. You will learn to cook the dishes which are vegan, high in protein and fibre content, and are easy to prepare. All natural ingredients will be used to show how to mix nutrition and taste. Bring containers to bring home food you have prepared.

We will use natural ingredients and prepare the gluten-free Indian meal from scratch. We will prepare chickpeas and/or kidney beans, fresh condiments and flavoured basmati rice. Bring containers to bring home food you have prepared.

If you are new to Vegan cooking or want to make your favourite meat dish meat-free, Sonia will show you how. Sonia has worked with top chefs in Europe and the Caribbean to prepare tasty Vegan dishes. Learn to prepare appetizers, soups, main courses and desserts. The last class includes a grocery shopping field trip to see what products are available. Please bring an apron and containers to take leftovers home.
