In a hands-on class learn how to prepare one of the most popular dishes - samosas, tamarind chutney, and a yogurt dip. This class is great for anyone who is a lover of samosas and wants to learn how to cook a simple yet delicious appetizer. We are also going to make tamarind chutney and yogurt dip to go along with the samosas. Bring containers to take home food you have prepared.

Delicious Indian Vegan Meal preparation will be taught in this hands-on class by a seasoned cook. Dishes which are high in protein and fiber content are easy to prepare. We will prepare Kidney beans, Mint Tomato condiment and Cumin Basmati rice. We will use all natural ingredients and prepare the Vegan Indian meal from the scratch. You are encouraged to share with your friends and family so bring a container with you!
