Planning a wedding or a baby shower or other special events? Learn how to make a variety of fillings for fancy rolled sandwiches, finger sandwiches and a sandwich loaf. Learn how to decorate your tray with carrot, radish and tomato roses. Please bring a small platter to take your sandwiches home. Planning a wedding or baby shower? Graduation parties? Learn to showcase fruit in an edible fruit bouquet. You will be making and then taking your bouquet home with you ready for the party or for breakfast the next morning. Time permitting: apple swans, orange baskets and strawberry fans will be demonstrated. This is a hands-on class, container provided. $20.00 lab fee payable to instructor.

Make your summer B.B.Q. the talk of the town. Learn how to make delicious rubs and marinades for chicken, beef, pork and fish. Then dress up the meat with exciting home made B.B.Q. sauces, complemented with various herb butters. Containers will be provided to take samplers home. This is a hands-on class and recipes are provided. $20.00 lab fee payable to instructor.

Please Note:

A mop is a thin liquid mixture used to baste meats during cooking. A mop adds moisture and flavor during the cooking process and is most often used in barbecue and grilling to reduce moisture lose from direct heat.
