Butter chicken is one of the most popular dishes in UK, Canada, and Europe. In this hands-on class learn how to prepare delicious butter chicken using various spices like cardamom, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, fenugreek, turmeric, etc. No meal is complete without the flavoured basmati rice Pulao. We will also prepare Indian flat bread Roti from scratch to be served along with delicious butter chicken. Lab fee of $20 payable to instructor. Bring containers to take home food you have prepared.

Are you intimidated by making pastry? Don't be. Learn the basics of meat pie making, including delicious Bacon Cheeseburger Pie, Curried Beef and Apricot Pie, and Chicken Pot Pie. All are made with a light flaky pastry, just like mum used to make. The meat pie has been part of the British staple diet for hundreds of years, and has evolved with new variations. Take home samples of the pies you make, plus additional recipes. Bring containers. Lab fee $20, payable to instructor.

Explore the best of tofu, from pumpkin pie to Shepherd's pie, Mapo tofu, tandoori tofu, and mushroom soup. There will be vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore recipes included.
