Stretch and Tone - FItness for Mature Adults
Muscle conditioning provides men and women with many positive benefits including increased muscle tone, decreased body fat, increased metabolism, greater flexibility and reduced risk of lower back pain. Participants will work on muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, stability and balance. If you have been inactive or just want to focus on strengthening and stretching, this cardio-free class is for you. Please bring hand weights, an exercise band and a yoga mat.
