<p><strong></strong>The culinary cruise begins in Mexico, the land of the Mayans.  The menu is:  Pico de Gallo Niranjas (orange and jicama salad), turkey served with a mole sauce, refried beans and peppers, Sopaipillas (little pillows) and hot chocolate, the drink of the gods.  Lab fee of $20.00 paid to instructor.</p>
