Pilates With Susan F 12
Pilates is a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises that emphasize body symmetry and abdominal control. Combined with martial arts style, it is beyond a core workout. It is the best ab/core workout! People of all ages and physical conditions can benefit from Pilates. It is an effective tool for injury prevention and rehab and is an excellent workout by itself or in combination with other forms of exercise. Please bring a Pilates/Yoga mat.
