Join us (and bring a friend!) for an introduction to Tai Chi. Discover the ancient art of Tai Chi in a relaxed and friendly environment under the instruction of Master Shao Lei.

Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and to generally improve health. It is suitable for people of all ages.

Tai Chi improves strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while helping to improve heart function and decrease blood pressure.

Please Note

The $60.00 registration fee is a one month membership which allows participants 8 classes. Depending upon numbers in the class, alternate times in the week could be Wednesday evenings and/or Saturday mornings. This will be determined once classes have started.
