GLUTEN FREE INDIAN CUISINE


In this hands-on class you will prepare a delicious gluten free Indian meal which will create balance in your body as per Ayurveda. We will use natural ingredients and prepare the gluten-free Indian meal from scratch. We will prepare chickpeas and/or kidney beans, fresh condiments and flavoured basmati rice. Bring containers to bring home food you have prepared.
